Ions are atoms or molecules that have lost or gained electrons. If the atoms or molecules lose electrons, they become positively charged ions. The scientific basis of the Aqua Chi Machine  

he Aqua-Chi Machine generates a continuous DC (direct current) which passes through multiple sets of electrodes specifically designed to produce large quantities of negative ions while submerged in water.  The structural organization of the body and water are similar allowing the electrolytic charge produced to be absorbed by the living tissue. this phenomenon produced in the water by electrolysis is termed 'ionization' and has been proven beneficial to living organisms.
